To walk the walk with our guests, across all Independent Collection hotels, we’re taking action to reduce our impact on our environment.

We’ve run the numbers, and we estimate that each time you forgo a housekeeping service, we can conserve nearly 50 litres of water and 0.65 KW of electricity.

Needing a room refresh but keen to make an impact? Reuse your towels by hanging them up in the bathroom. Towels left on the floor will be replaced.

To say thank you for only requesting a room refresh when you need it, you’ll receive a $10 food & beverage credit for every day you opt out of housekeeping.*
