Arawa Park Hotel Rotorua

Aintree Room is the second largest Rotorua Event Space at Arawa Park Hotel Rotorua and is made up of two venues (Aintree 1 & Aintree 2). Used individually or as one large space, the venue provides an abundance of natural light and flexible setup options. The space lends itself to an array of events including conferences, presentations, dinners or social gatherings. 

Ascot Room is the largest of our Rotorua Conference Venues, with soaring ceilings, natural light and flexible setup options. Whether it be a corporate event, gala dinner or wedding, Ascot Room suits an array of event types and styles. The room features state-of-the-art audio visual options including a ceiling mounted projector and screen and multiple rigging points. 

The Atrium Restaurant is one of the finest restaurants in Rotorua and is perfectly situated in the heart of the hotel. A four-story central court area offers natural light, palm trees and a cascading waterfall, allowing guests to dine under the stars. The space is ideal for grand events including weddings, corporate functions or gala dinners.

The Executive Boardroom is the ideal space for your next intimate meeting or presentation. With a capacity of 40 guests, the room features state-of-the-art audio visual functions, privacy screens and tailored catering options.

Manuka Room is the ideal meeting room for your next event. Offering flexible setup options, tailored catering packages and views over the magnificent Atrium Restaurant, your guests are sure to be impressed! 

This Nikau Boardroom is the smallest of two boardrooms located at Arawa Park Hotel, Rotorua. With a capacity of 10 guests, the intimate space features executive board chairs and tailored catering packages.
