Ascot Room is the largest of our Rotorua Conference Venues, with soaring ceilings, natural light and flexible setup options. Whether it be a corporate event, gala dinner or wedding, Ascot Room suits an array of event types and styles. The room features state-of-the-art audio visual options including a ceiling mounted projector and screen and multiple rigging points.

Aintree Room is the second largest Rotorua Event Space at Arawa Park Hotel Rotorua and is made up of two venues (Aintree 1 & Aintree 2). Used individually or as one large space, the venue provides an abundance of natural light and flexible setup options. The space lends itself to an array of events including conferences, presentations, dinners or social gatherings.
